There is a mix of @northernpuppet on tumblr and Twitter as well for their deer nanny comics that were thrown into the mix of this.
I just mixed it up with my own headcannons and whatnot. Hopefully, everything makes sense as it goes on. Here it goes. A year of writing :’)

Alastor is a Political Science professor who happen to have a very productive schedule. Anybody who have that kind of hectic sure do needs their rest as well, right? And how he is such a fan of a good coffee. It's so happen that one of his students, Charlie Morningstar, mentioned a family business just a few blocks away from the University. It wouldn't hurt paying their business a visit and grab a decent cup of coffee.

Summary
After the chaos of Vox’s attempt to make it to heaven, Lucifer is ignored by Charlie. Someone carries him back to the hotel. Hurt and emotionally broken, Lucifer begins to withdraw—but instead of leaving, he chooses to stay and be present, hoping to earn back even a sliver of connection.
OR/AND
Lucifer accidentally tells Charlie he is going to a meeting to convince the leader of virtues (who happens to be is long going mate) to come down and help at the hotel.
Some of the things in here are trails for a novel I am writing.

Horrifically, he finds the message somewhat charming, despite being well aware that it is coming from a person trying to manipulate him. He side-eyes Alastor, trying to gauge his reaction, only to let out a wheeze when he realizes that the demon is staring at him with a completely unimpressed look.
"You like that he complimented the duck, don't you." Alastor states, judgement oozing out of him.
Lucifer can feel the tips of his ears turning gold. "Shut the fuck up, I'm not that easy."
Except that sadly, apparently he is. Fuck, he really needs to leave his room more often, if the bar is this low.

Summary
Vox is kicked from Vee tower for a mandatory stay at the Hotel while Val and Vel figure out if they still want to kill him. Lucifer is assigned to watch Vox after he tries to kill himself only days after joining the hotel. Vox's depressed state is quite annoying for Alastor, while Lucifer is happy to have someone to relate to.

Summary
Vincent went into a diner and immediately got infatuated with one of the regulars there, namely Lucifer.
When you look at someone who you feel an immediate connection to, you tend to lock into that person and form a quiet obsession at first sight. So, after making his initial contact with Lucifer, Vincent had made it his mission to figure out a way to be around Lucifer, intertwining himself within Lucifer’s daily routine in the diner.
After all, Lucifer was the perfect wedding anniversary gift for Vincent's beloved, alastor.
Where: Lucifer, confused and uncomfortable because of Vincent's attention, becomes tangled in a strange and unwanted relationship with both Vincent and Alastor. the lines between what were once Lucifer's day-to-day "normal" routines will begin to blur together. Because Lucifer's appearance is so beautiful, it is going to be nearly impossible for the two married men to not become mesmerized by him.

Oh, that's it.
Grinding his teeth together, blood and alcohol pulsing through his body, Alastor sprang from the sofa.
A step towards the bed, a knee braced on the mattress, and then his hands were on the King's knees, and Alastor leaned into the angel's personal space. “Don't think you know the first thing about me, your Majesty.”
“Oh yeah?” Lucifer's voice came out breathy, his face now sporting a most infuriating grin under its renewed flush, one that made Alastor tighten his grip on the devil’s knees and struggle not to curl his claws in.
He hadn't thought anyone could get him this incensed so quickly.
Two people who have no business accidentally doing everything right by each other. A Radio Demon who calculates every action with precision, and a fallen angel who’s been winging it since he Fell. Neither of them notice when they stop doing both and that is going to be very inconvenient for each other.
A week, a deal, a peace treaty, a musical, and a growing collection of things that neither of them has words for yet.
