To take the place of someone else, to sacrifice yourself for the one you love. Takemichi made a promise and he was intent on keeping it. Though along the way, he found himself questioning many things.
What does it mean to feel? Is being human even special? Sometimes, Takemichi wondered if he were human anymore at all
Mikey meanwhile found himself with no burdens weighing him down anymore. Was this what being free felt like? Was this feeling his his chest love? He needed to find out.
