Love was not a matter of agreement, or even shared values. That is how it is with family: you can clash, and argue and fight, but no one else can. No one else has the right to.
But even after a thousand disagreements and even more arguments, Bruce remained the man who raised them. The man who grew into the role of a father for every kid that had lived under this roof.
So if this alternative Bruce had no Robins, one could at least hope there was someone else waiting for him. Someone who thought of him beyond just Batman. It was only fair, for no Bruce should ever be alone. Even if Bruce himself most often did not realize so.
Bats are social creatures, after all.
Or
Absolute Batman lands in the Mainline universe and learns that maybe his mission doesn't need to be a lonely one.

One who's only a year or two older than most of the students. There's even some who's the same age as him. Also, please ignore the fact that he's missing an arm, and also that carved symbol on his face... is this boy really qualified to be a Sensei?

Summary
Dracula loves running Hotel Transylvania – a safe haven and high-end resort for monsters of all kinds to escape the threat of the humans. Her suspicions turn out to be correct after a chain of events results in humans staying at the hotel for Monster Festival. John Constantine told them not to do the thing. They did it anyway.Or, Danny gets summoned by the League, and he actually kind of adopts them in the process. Because these big city heroes don't know anything about ghosts and who is he if he doesn't help them out? Besides, the Watchtower is in space. Danny's always wanted to go to space...
(I'm not really following any specific JL timeline, so like. Be prepared for 98% of everything to be *made up* and possibly *not real*.)
