Summary
he softened every now and then, falling asleep on the couch within hours of coming back from his nights at the frat house, dark circles slowly fading the longer he stayed with you.
you refused to acknowledge the butterflies in your chest when he held the blunt for you, under the guise of not wanting to ruin the nails he paid for you to get done after mentioning you'd never had them done professionally in passing.
you refused to believe that this was anything more than friendship, a crossing of paths with mutual benefits.
you told yourself that his eyes flickering to your lips when you talked was just his way of avoiding eye contact, that him patting your stuffed animals on the head when putting them back in place and remembering their names was just him mimicking you even if he thought you weren't looking.
each night spent watching him play his favorite video games and explaining the story, letting you put your legs on his lap and handing you the controller when after the enemies were defeated to let you run around while laughing at you getting lost again, filled you with a foreign comfort you never knew you needed.

Summary
This is a trilogy called "Quitting"
I think it’s beautifully written—so nuanced and emotionally rich and slow-burn that it’s an absolute pleasure to read. Because of that, I’ve translated it into English! I did use a translator, so there might be a few errors, but if you enjoy it, please let me know your thoughts. I’ll keep translating the rest of the works in the series!Bookmarked by Blue_epiphany

Summary
Kuroo leaned forward, elbows on his knees. “So let me get this straight. You’re telling me you can talk to Akaashi perfectly fine as Spider-Man, but not when you’re just… you?”
Bokuto’s gaze drifted to the soft rug on the floor, thinking about what Kuroo was implying. “Well maybe not perfectly fine, but I guess so, yeah.”
Kuroo’s eyes gleamed. “Do you think,” Kuroo said slowly, “that maybe Spider-Man is easier since you’re hiding behind a persona?”
Bokuto paused in thought, then nodded. “I guess that makes sense.”
“And,” Kuroo continued, voice taking on a playful lilt, “do you think Spider-Man could… maybe get to know him better?”
Bokuto is too nervous to make a move on his roommate, Akaashi. Things change when Spider-Man becomes a reoccurring presence in Akaashi’s life.

Summary
Being bought is hard thing to conceptualise in itself, but being sold for the most money in the history of an auction was another thing entirely.
Bokuto Koutarou, for some reason, fought hard for Akaashi, and with the man’s secret revealed, he has to navigate his new life and the surprising pleasantness that came with it.
His presence pushes everything off balance and causes the two to brace themselves for the whirlwind that comes with it. It may be harder for both of them to accept than they originally thought.
