    I had just read "Hey Look! Free Sibling!" by @S_C_G and randomly thought of an alternate universe where they didn’t climb the fence to Wayne Manor and Tim hacked her a birth certificate and online schooling and gaslit his parents into thinking she was actually his sibling, but she stayed away from them cause when they saw her they’d end up getting super drunk and have screaming matches about indiscretions in Hong-Kong, and they eventually sent her to boarding school for people with special needs because she was mute. Like, she could speak, but she just didn't because whenever she tried talking to them they got mad. (they weren't abusive)
    Starts when they walk past Wayne Manor, Chapter 3.

    Tim pointedly walks past Wayne Manor, refusing to even look. He wished they would see him, help him; wished he could talk to his personal hero, Jason Todd; but it was foolish to even hope. Right now, his sister was more important.
