Summary
Delilah hits the brick wall face-first at roughly forty miles-per-hour; until she doesn’t.
Something, somewhere, listens. It hears. It feels. It pulls.
Delilah hits the brick wall. Then, she goes through it.
###
After a deadly car crash, Delilah is sent to Hell. At least, that's where she assumes she's ended up. What else could a labyrinthine mausoleum lit with sickly green fires and decorated with bones and chains be? What else can explain the hordes of undead chasing her through its halls?
Emmrich, meanwhile, is sent to investigate a substantial perturbation of the Fade deep within the Necropolis that has caused quite the upset amongst its undead residents. What he does not expect to find is a living woman, dressed in outlandish attire, mad with fear and screaming in a language he has never heard before.

Summary
She saved the world. Now, she must save herself from the fallout.
Moira Ingellvar was the hero of Thedas, The Leader of the Veilguard, slayer of gods, and survivor of the Fade. But six months after the final battle, she has become a ghost in her own skin: haunted, unraveling, and buried beneath the weight of public appearances, expectations, and the uneasiness of being seen. Everyone wants something from her - Divine Victoria, Archon Pavus, even old friends who remember who she used to be. But Moira isn't sure that woman survived the war.
Thedas hums with expectations. They ask for speeches. Guidance. Hope. A Symbol of the future. But Moira has none left to give.
Haunted by memories and silenced by grief, she retreats from the world that has put her on a pedestal - and from the people who love her. Even Emmrich, her partner and anchor, cannot always reach through the fog of her pain.
And yet, the healing must start somewhere. In ash-streaked letters and half-finished tea. In ghost light rituals and whispered apologies. In the sacred act of choosing to stay when all she wants to do is run.

Summary
For decades Emmrich Volkarin had been the gold standard of what an alpha should be, composed in the face of instinct, unshakable under pressure. Across all four major universities in Thedas, he was one of only three alphas permitted to hold full tenure. Trusted to lecture in rooms thick with scent, to remain unmoved through every stage of designation flux. He had built a reputation on control.
He had even written the definitive text on the subject. Instinct and Intellect: Navigating Designation with Dignity. It was still used in half of the academic circles from Starkhaven to the Free Marches. So why, at his age, with all his accolades and experience, was this becoming so Maker-forsaken difficult?

Modern Funeral Home AU
Rook is 25 and needs to get her life in order, so she signs up for mortuary school, gets a job at the local funeral home, and immediately finds herself being perved on by this old dude who's worked there forever and keeps being nice to her, offering to show her things, getting her out of trouble with management, and basically going out of his way to put on a front to disguise the fact that he's just another middle-aged white man, creeping on a young twenty-something girl so she feels like she owes him something.
That's absolutely what this is... right?
