Summary
The thing about secrets that Red would say he hates the most is the fact that lying and deflecting is a key component in keeping them. Red would also say that he respects his brother's privacy, so he understands why they kept Fours secrets, but that didn't change the fact that Red hates lying.
So Red had no choice but to watch as his brothers lie, lie, lie and hope that they wouldn't end up in “their” Hyrule, because no matter what his brothers say, it's hard to scheme and lie when Four wouldn't be able to hide the fact that he knew almost nothing about his time, and his time knew almost nothing about him.

Summary
Junko Enoshima knew what Hopes Peak Academy was hiding, and she was planning on using it as a stepstone to despair. However, her plan changed when the school moved quicker than expected, and now she has to alter her plan. But it was no problem for her, no. Junko Enoshima wasn't the Ultimate Analyst for nothing, and if she has to use her own class for her agenda, then so be it.
Class 78 was far easier to manipulate than Class 77, and she could always use more people on the side of despair.
