Earth-Mars relationship seemed like a high pressure way to be long-distance with someone who you weren't, technically, meant to be dating.

    Vincent didn't agree with Mark's logic, but it was his choice to break up before leaving the planet (and would have given Vincent a great line about his ex leaving him for another planet, if anyone at all knew they had been together).
