Summary
It takes a couple extra days to iron out the specifics of the contract, but eventually they have the green light for their next job.
“The gold is from a small mining operation in the Northern Region,” Nikolai tells them. “The owners of the mine have hired us to facilitate the safe transfer of the gold from their storage hanger at the airport to two courier planes that will be arriving in three days’ time.”

Summary
Soap's not sure why he wakes up. There's nothing immediately strange or out of place as he peers around.
Yet instead of rolling over and going back to sleep, Soap finds himself slipping from his bed and padding out of the room with near-silent steps.
He's surprised to find Yuri seated at the kitchen table, a single candle flickering on top of the scuffed wood as he looks down at the lighter in his hands with an expression like he isn't even really seeing it at all.

Summary
There comes a point where their hunt for Makarov gets put on hold yet again simply because they're in dire need of resources to chase the bastard.
It's actually not something Soap's ever had much cause to think about before, how much different bits of equipment cost.
It's something they all have to think about now, though. Disavowed as they are, there's no one backing their operations anymore. They're on their own.
