It become quiet as both of them continue to stare at the sleeping child, before Nobara heaved a sigh and asked again
"...Do you think Itadori has a secret child?"
Hearing no response, Nobara look towards Megumi, only to see the deadpan expression on his face.
Nobara rolled her eyes at him.

“You want to ruin him," Sukuna says.
Maybe Sukuna isn’t wrong about that, Fushiguro thinks in a daze. Itadori’s heart is too heavy and too precious. It’s a burden that shouldn’t be given to anyone else. Because even Itadori himself can’t take care of it, can’t hold onto it for the life of him because he’d rather become the vessel to the most wretched of all curses just to help two people he’s only known for a few months—to help Fushiguro, who he’d only met that night.
(I can keep it. Fushiguro’s hands move. I can hold onto it, if you want.)
Maybe Sukuna’s definition of ruin wasn’t all that wrong from what Fushiguro wanted after all. Maybe that did make him just as wretched.
But if Itadori was still willing to stay beside him, despite knowing that—
Then there was no reason for Fushiguro to let him go.

Summary
Nobara marched over to Itadori, rubbing her forehead as she felt the development of a headache. “What do you think you-” She stopped dead in her tracks when she finally took in all of Itadori.
Large white angel wings were sprouting from Itadori’s back. The top of the wings was about a head above Itadori’s, ending around his knees. They were a brilliant white, a subtle shine to the feathers. It makes sense now why Itadori was shirtless.
“Where did those come from?” Nobara asks plainly. She should be paid to deal with this stuff.

Nobara can only grin as Fushiguro attempts to bury his face into the collar of his uniform so his blush can’t be seen anymore but he isn’t fooling Nobara.
“Your fault for being so cute,” she calls out to the now even tinier, sulking Itadori.
“I’m really not,” he cutely insists as he cutely pouts up at the two of them with the cutest glare Nobara has ever seen.
Unsurprisingly, he shrinks some more.

(Or, Yuuji gets hit by a curse that causes him to shrink every time someone thinks he's cute. Unsurprisingly, he ends up shrinking a lot.)

“Exactly what I’m saying.” Sukuna ignored his screech, arms and legs folding. “Are you aware of how you act in front of him? Smiling ever so brightly, giddy and accepting. You humans are always easy to decipher, but I hate this behavior the most.” His lips were pulled back and showed his canine rows. Yuuji could sense an aura of aggravation radiating from him, but he had one question.
“Who’s this him you’re talking about?” Yuuji inquired, eyebrow arching.
Sukuna stared at him like he had grown a second head (or face).
“You know what? I’m done.” Sukuna snapped, and Yuuji still didn’t understand anything. What did Yuuji do? “I’m so done with your denseness, brat. Go back to sleep. It’s tiring me just by talking to you.”
“Huh? What? What do you mean by that--”

Alternatively, 5 times Yuuji brooded over Gojou-sensei and 1 time Sukuna joined in and gave his vessel a thought of his own.
