Summary
After the fall of the Netherbrain, Tav's home in Baldur's Gate was destroyed and Gale offers his tower as a temporary place for her to rest and heal. A very slow-burn romance starts to bloom, while Tav (named Iluviel) struggles to be ready after the things Astarion did to her.

Lots of D&D lore and (mostly canonical) Waterdeep worldbuilding went into this fic that follows both Gale and Iluviel through their daily lives inside and outside of the wizard's tower.

As Peter walked through the house, he noticed that it was messy—completely unlike the pristine way he usually kept it. Dirty dishes were soaking in the sink, half of a pot of old coffee was sitting out on the counter, wrappers filled the trash bin. A mug stood casually abandoned on the coffee table in the living room. A large, faux fur blanket—which was usually folded up in his closet—was in a heap on the couch, halfway sliding off onto the floor.
Was Stiles… living there?
As Peter neared the bedroom, his suspicions were confirmed by the rhythmic sounds of a steady heartbeat and slow, relaxed breathing. Stiles was sleeping in his room.
Something warm and euphoric stirred in Peter’s chest, nearly startling him. His wolf keened at the disorder around the den—relating it to memories of pack and home. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d come home to someone.
