Summary
Julie Molina grew up with her boys always there. They were a solid, steady presence that she didn’t even know she needed. They were best friends, her and Sunset Curve. She loved them and they loved her.
At a party at the Wilson’s house, Julie learns a horrible truth that makes her question everything she has with her boys. Inconsolable, Flynn and Carrie, her only two female best friends, get her out the party unnoticed. Carrie suggests they pack up and move to their college of choice early and just get away.
Three years later, Julie hasn’t regretted that choice until a concert near their school brings Sunset Curve back in her life.

Summary
"Oh my god, Reggie!" Alex said. He dropped his textbook on the floor and ran towards the boy hugging him. He looked the boy up and down and frowned when he noticed the bruise on his face. The bruise that most likely came from Reggie's previous caregiver Caleb.
Alex, Luke, and Reggie all met in a group home run by Caleb Covington. Both Alex and Luke were able to get out fairly quickly; Luke went back to his parents while Alex was fostered by the Molina's. Reggie, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky.

Summary
Reggie Peters spent a majority of his childhood growing up in foster care. He some how managed to keep his living situation from two of his best friends and his best friend's boy friend. He even received a full scholarship to a private arts school in LA. Life couldn't be better.
The Molina's became registered as a foster family for two reasons, one: in case their daughter's best friend had to stay with them while their parents went overseas to film another movie and two: in case the quiet blonde boy from church was kicked out by his parents and he had no where to go. But they weren't going to say no incase they came across another teenager who needed a home.
When Reggie's current foster family, puts Reggie in Respite care during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the Molina's reluctantly take him in, trying their best not to get to attached,

Summary
Julie and her Phantoms are still reeling from the excitement of the Orpheum and the fear of thinking they were going to die again when they didn’t cross over paired with the utter relief the four felt when the stamps off their wrists. Either way, it was a wild ride up until this point and now, the day after, a calm has settled over them. Julie beat Caleb, and in her opinion, that meant her boys were untouchable.
At the same time. Caleb is plotting revenge - first, he needs to get closer to the lifer that stole his band away from him. Second, he needed her power. He decides to use the little blonde boy with the flowers as a means to an end. What Caleb didn’t expect, however, was that the stupid little lifer that took his boys was going to be wearing the face of someone who was once very dear to Caleb.
How was he supposed to get his revenge now?
