Cosplay can copy a person's quirk if they have physical alteration from a normal human. Like you can copy Iida's cuz of his legs or Eri's or you could copy Shoji's but you can't copy someone like Shoto's or Midoriya's quirk. You if you have a life-size version of a prop then you can make to prop turn into the thing it's imitating. Overuse is if you use it too much your limbs will stiffen to where you can barely stand up.
