Summary
Salem accelerated the timeline. The conflict for Remnant’s fate reached its apex sooner, and the two immortal beings took their bows and left the stage.
So ended the age of magic.
In their aftermath, reality was splintered. Abilities that eclipse aura and semblances were born, and visitors outside of reality came about.
So began the age of superpowers.
35 years after Ozpin and Salem's reign, Remnant's continued survival lies in the hands of nine individuals.
