“It is … with the consideration of the welfare of humanity, the protection of the United States Government and its people, that President Baker had signed an incarceration order for the stated below, Lena Kieran Luthor, on grounds of treason and crimes against humanity. Furthermore, it is the decision of the President of the United States that the Department of Extranormal Operations take into consideration the superhuman intelligence of Miss Luthor-“

“Superhuman?” Lena scathingly scoffed. “I’m human.”

“The superhuman intelligence of Miss Luthor, and, as such, convict her of her crimes in line with their punishment for all extranormal persons found guilty of possessing abilities deemed inhuman by the DEO. As such, a life sentence will be served at a secret DEO facility, at the discretion of Director Hank Henshaw. Dated this morning.”

The air was expelled from Lena’s lungs and she gripped the edge of the table, her eyes burning with the urge to cry as her heart hammered in her chest.

    “Please. You can’t do this; I didn’t hurt anyone. I’m- I’m innocent. You haven’t even given me a- a trial. I mean-“

    Summary

Lena Luthor moves LuthorCorp’s HQ to National City with the sole aim of meeting, collaborating with, and potentially befriending, two people: Supergirl and K Elzörn.

One is a world-saving alien superhero, the cousin of the Kryptonian her now-incarcerated brother tried to kill. The other is an elusive genius astro-particle physicist publishing under a pseudonym, who Lena is desperate to track down.

She has massive crushes on both of them. (And Cat Grant can’t resist meddling.)

Never in her wildest dreams would Lena have imagined that they might be the same woman.

    Summary

Everyone in the wizarding world knows two things: destiny is written in ink, and the House of Black owns the shadows. They’ve ruled the underground since before the Ministry learned how to pretend it mattered. Smuggling, secrets, executions, favours wrapped in velvet gloves—everyone knows it, and everyone obeys.

At seventeen, the Black sisters come of age and destiny brands a countdown into their skin, ticking toward the person they’re most compatible with. Twenty years later they discover fate has a sense of humour. All three timers end on the same witch.

Hermione Granger. Brilliant, muggleborn, and Harry Potter’s best friend.

The House of Black has never taken sides, but wanting Hermione puts them directly in the war. They try to keep their distance. Obsession finds them anyway. Fate doesn’t make mistakes—and it doesn’t like being ignored.

Then Hogwarts falls. The Ministry fractures. Neutrality shatters.

When Voldemort targets Hermione, the House of Black answers by burning the underworld to ash. Will their love destroy the world or remake it?

    Summary

(Still, Percy swallows, following her eyes out to the horizon. "I don't understand. I don't understand why I'm here," he tells her.

Through a slow sigh, Athena counters, "Some things don't need to be understood. They just need to happen.”)

Rescued from death by the hands of Athena, Percy finds himself wandering through ancient Greece without a true destination. Within time, he learns that the borders of Ithaca hold more than he could have ever imagined.

When he and a war-torn Odysseus are pulled far away from the kingdom, thrown back into a test by the Gods, only two questions remain: will they be able to work together to get home, and what will they give to get there?

    Summary

“A gift,” Atropos said,” For this Olympian would do well to quell such anger towards us. This Olympian is a proud deity.”

“All Olympians are proud,” Annabeth muttered. She threw the apple she’d bought in her hand, tracking its path up and down like it was the most interesting thing in the world.

“This Olympian is one of the proudest,” Clotho replied,” Only the greatest of gifts would be acceptable to them.”

The Fates enjoy a bit of what they call light tampering and what Annabeth calls the complete derailing and fucking up of her life
