“Well, then," the woman said, lifting her glass, "I suppose I should say thank you.”
“You should,” Rhaenyra said, clinking her glass gently against the other’s.
Rhaenyra agreed to meet her father's new girlfriend. She didn't agree to like her. And she definitely didn't plan on trying to pick her up at the bar before the three of them were seated for dinner.
