It was not unusual for Superman to show up at his lab when they were in the Watchtower, the Hall of Justice or any other League’s location, and Batman has always been obsessed enough over the alien to remember this means he would speak a lot and needed someone to listen to him. He never minded doing it before, he still likes hearing his voice, even if it makes his heart aches.
— Huh.
The grunt, as usual, was enough for Superman.

He has never asked before, every time he spoke as them as friends, he was sure of what he was speaking. The doubt on his voice makes Bruce forget his resentment and turn to face him.Series

Tem os jovens heróis evitam ele ou não parecem ser capazes de falar com ele diretamente. Tem aquele repórter de Metropolis que nunca deixa a achada de bilionário idiota e ardiloso sair por cima. E tem uma coisa ainda pior: Superman.
Ou os planos de Bruce para derrotar Superman sempre parecem se virar contra ele.

Not the usual situation of asking someone out (it’s not like Deadpool was hoping for a proposal anyway after just having his heart broken by this very same man), but it’s not likely to Wade decline the request. Even if it’s not in the conditions he wants (as real boyfriends, could even be fuck-buddies) he finds it very hard to deny.
