Summary
It was just… Pop Idol Vanessa Mystery never got to have its own live action movie or series, even though the fans had been begging for it for years. (Well. There was one adaptation. The movie that made the main four act like sisters, and gave Vanessa some random boyfriend. It Was Not To Be Spoken Of.) Niko had always wanted to see her childhood crushes on the big screen, saying all the brave things she could only dream of.
So when the genie asked, in a deep, portentous voice, “What is your greatest wish?”, Niko (very understandably) said, “I want my favorite manga to come to life!”Or: A genie takes a wish too literally. Everyone deals with the consequences.

“I’m commanding you,” Lucius says. He gazes up at Marius, who’s breathing heavily, pulse jumping, sweat dripping down the side of his face. He’s irresistibly alive. “Sit back down.”
Marius hesitates. “I swore an oath to Eric,” he says quietly.
“Does he uphold his end of the bargain?”
Marius doesn’t reply.
“Sit back down,” Lucius says.
Marius sits.
A chance encounter with Lucius spurs Marius to seek Eric’s comfort.

“We should date,” Charles says suddenly, and Edwin’s head snaps up.
“We should what?”
Charles laughs, trying to let out some of the rush that he feels at coming up with a truly mint idea. “Come on, mate, it’ll be brills! We’ll show these old white guys how far behind on the times they are, and they’ll either be forced to change the rule or we can drag their names through the mud.”
