Bruce calls it monitoring.
Jason calls it a leash.
Tim calls it a bad idea approximately twelve minutes before Red Hood finds the first tracker and sends him a photo of it drowned in diner cola.
Assigned to keep Jason Todd from escalating a weapons-trafficking case into a body count, Tim expects resistance. He expects threats, broken surveillance equipment, encrypted insults, and Jason being exactly as infuriating as every report says he is.
He does not expect Jason to be careful with scared kids. He does not expect Jason to trust him with dead drops, safehouses, and secrets Bruce does not get to know. He definitely does not expect to end up in Jason’s lap at five in the morning, grinding against him while case files slide off the couch.
When a corrupt Gotham councilman puts a bounty on Red Hood and targets Tim as his handler, the case turns into a trap built around everything Jason is afraid to want and everything Tim is too tired to hide.
Jason Todd does not need a leash.
Tim Drake might need to stop pretending he only follows him for the case.

Summary
It takes Tim three weeks to realize that he’s been exposed to something. His reactions have been off since that night at the harbour when Dick almost got thrown in the river and Bruce shoved Tim to one side to get to Dick and Tim fell face forward into a weird pile of grey dust and choked on it. The dust didn’t have any immediate effects, nothing obvious. It just made him gasp and cough and made his eyes burn under the cowl for a few seconds. Then he needed to check on Dick and then they got back to the Cave and he checked on Dick again and then Dick was saying something about a movie night and Tim found himself smiling and then he stayed over for dinner and the movie and thought nothing of it. It’s only now, three weeks later, that he wakes up in his room in the Manor and thinks wait, what? It’s only now, now that he’s flooded with sudden panic, that he realizes that he hasn’t felt anything resembling panic for three full weeks.

Summary
After the battle with Thanos, Tony survived and was in a coma, where no one was sure if he was going to make it.
After the events of No Way Home when everyone forgot Peter Parker existed, Tony finally recovers and also doesn't have any memories of Peter.
Peter was managing life alone, no friends or family but seeing Tony on the TV for the first time, alive and well and receiving this news through the TV because no one remembered him hurt a lot and he noticed how much harder it was living in his situation and he really wanted Tony to remember him, he really wanted to be part of the family again. So now he has to find a way to not only contact Tony Stark, which would be already very hard, but also find a way to make him remember Peter and believe he is not a crazy fan craving attention, he was basically his own son.
