Todos sabían que Antonio estaba loco por cierto Italiano gruñón. La mirada de amor se reflejaba en sus ojos, cualquiera que los viera sentiría envidia de esa relación tan "solida" y "aprueba de todo". Eran la pareja ideal con un futuro prometedor. Pero las mentiras no formaban parte de una vida soñada: no hay felicidad con los engaños.
Lovino estaba seguro que él hombre de su vida era Antonio, él le hizo creer en la posibilidad de que el amor dura para toda la eternidad: en ese entonces no sabía el verdadero significado de "eternidad".

Pomni stepped forward, pointing her gun at the rabbit.
Jax grinned, with dilated pupils and an unnaturally wide smile. It was unsettling.
“Fiiiiinally, you sure took your sweet time huh Pompom. Now get your evil on and pull that trigg-”
Pomni flipped the gun towards herself, eyes closing as Jax’s hand twitched forward, his smile starting to fall as he watched.
And she pulled the trigger.

In a world where Jax was essentially some crooked ringmaster's doll, it was nice to have a doll of his own to "play" with. He shows up into Pomni's room, dominates her, and then he leaves. There's nothing more to it, so why does he feel frazzled when Pomni winds up choosing that crocodile NPC over him during an adventure? Jax doesn't know, but what he does know is that he's determined to lay down some consequences for her by the end of it.
