Until a lightning struck your house, somehow not making any damages but causing you to hear multiple screams from the first floor of your newly moved in house.

After Shadow Milk Cookie was defeated, there was nothing fun left to do. Everything returned to how it was before. Monotonous.
Except for the fact that the timeline was still rather unstable and the future was, for some reason, inaccessible, but surely that's unimportant.
Left to rot in her boredom, Timekeeper Cookie decides to do something almost out of impulse. Surely, it was out of her control! Who could've predicted that the unstable trapped time criminal would do something... Unpredictable???
Or
Timekeeper and Shadow Milk get trapped in the past. Shenanigans ensue.

Shadow Milk, still floating near the ceiling like a bored specter, considered his options.

This unwelcome plot twist had really thrown a wrench in Shadow Milk’s grand plans for vengeance. And to top it all off? Pure Vanilla was here too! To act saintly and get in his way and poke his nose into everything Shadow Milk was trying to hide. Oh joy! Surely nothing bad could happen!
Will Shadow Milk get his revenge on Dark Enchantress for backstabbing him? Will Pure Vanilla lose his sanity again? With they get back to Earthbread and reclaim their Soul Jams or will they throttle each other first?

An adventure of being hurt and healing.

Looking at the place where he once taught students, now rampant with what remained of the staff, consumed by dark moon magic, it could almost make him laugh. He tried, but a tear slowly rolled down his face instead. Shock spread across his face, as if he forgot he could do that. He turned to his minions, seeing them battered and bruised, yet still willing to serve him. He felt a small spark of warmth, a feeling he thought would never happen again in his immortal life. Two cookies that would be at his side, no matter what he did. That made him smile—a small one, not the usual one he wore while performing, but something real, rarely seen by others, only by the other virtues long ago. Seeing the two willing to face danger to protect him, they deserve more than being his minions.
They deserve much more than that.
Aka I watched a video of Shadow Milk being Columbina and thought I want to see more of that.
