Her mother called her Sadrith, since she had been born in a mushroom cave. To the Khajiit caravan she was raised in, she was Bishu Aydith—the "Little Dreamer"—a name earned for vivid dreams that constantly filled her head: dragons in flight, grand empirical wars, and general flights of fancy.
But something was wrong with her, something that made the simplest things feel like climbing a mountain. Something that scrambled her mind, that offered wild, untamed creativity, only to steal the focus required to do anything with it. Only the poison of skooma seemed to settle the noise. Her mother had once said, "Akatosh blessed you with the soul and blood of a dragon, but Sheogorath cursed you, that you not become another Tiber Septim."
Alduin was defeated. But as was her mind’s wont, it began to seek for something else to do.
All Sadrith wanted was a clear mind and a path forward. But the more she sought a sense of order, the nearer she drew to a terrible Void—a hunger that sought to consume everything she had ever cared for.
A void that was itself the explanation for why she was called the Last Dragonborn.

Summary
Sadara, having earned the Emperor's friendship and solved the crisis in Daggerfall, was sent to Morrowind years later to resolve the issue of Dagoth Ur and the Sixth House. Her contact with the Totem of Tiber Septim and the Numidium, she assumed, was why she was able to leave Red Mountain with a living and breathing Voryn Dagoth. He was allowed to live only because she pleaded with the emperor for him to be spared.
For several years he lived in her attic, bound with a slave bracer to keep him 'safe'. It is only through pure accident that the young Sunnar, the daughter he refused at first to believe is his, begins to break through the angry shell of her father, and perhaps bring House Dagoth back to prominence.

Summary
AU of Built to Last.
Hannah, not so interested in staying in the Mojave and looking for a way out, sides with the NCR and gains them control of Hoover Dam. In exchange for that and for the helmet of Legate Lanius, she works out a deal for them to declare Zion Valley off-limits for the NCR with exception of trade caravans a few times a year.
The tribes agree to her presence and she sets up in the old Fishing Lodge. Life, for the first time in months, is peaceful.
Until one day during a trade caravan visit she goes down by the river, and finds a confused older man who doesn't seem to know who he is, or what he was.

The wedding reception is as grand as could be expected when one is marrying an Archduke, though that is not what occupies Tav's thoughts as festivities go on. The rest of the still-living party (save Wyll who is taking his father's place as Grand Duke) will be following Karlach to Moonrise Towers.
They would be leaving her alone with him, with this vile Enver Gortash she must now call her husband.
(It is an absence he is more than ready to take advantage of, but perhaps she is not the only one who will be changed by all this.)

In a world that looks down at them as demi-human, where the ruling class has no incentive to end this profitable trade, in which their oppressors are overpowered as all hell, what hope is there for the slaves?
