Chuuya is a vessel for Arahabaki and Dazai is a kitsune.
They have lived cannon up till Odas death, when they flee the PM and to America. They spend some time living on the streets, before they are "found" by a satyr. He reports back to CHB about 2 boys of unknown heritage.
"They both smell of death, but not in a mortal way or a Nico way." The satyr says.
Will and Nico is sent out to talk to the boys and maybe bring them to CHB.or

Dazai disappears in the middle of delicate negotiations, and no one seems to care. He’s probably laughing at Chuuya from some seedy hideout, right? Chuuya knows this. He knows him. Even so, he can’t shake the bad feeling in his gut.
“You needed somewhere safe.”
Dazai’s expression sharpened. “Don’t flatter yourself, Chibi.”
“Then why?” Chuuya asked. “Say it. And maybe I’ll let you walk out.”
A crooked smile.
“What is this? Kidnapping? You?”
“Don’t piss me off.”
“Or what?” Dazai stepped closer, and the air thickened. “What are you going to do? Beat me up? Tie me to your bedpost?”
“Break your face, idiot.”
Kiss you until you forget how to breathe.
Or — Dazai is spiraling into one of his worst ruts yet, and he decides to make it Chuuya’s problem by sneaking into his apartment.

Dazai gasped.
“Say the next part,” Chuuya murmured, right against him.
Dazai’s voice shook. “We were supposed to wait until the signal was—was—” He swallowed. “Two taps on comms. We move on thirty seconds—team enters front stairwell—backup covers from behind—”
Wrong again.
Chuuya laughed.
Then pulled back.
Dazai let out a noise—half-broken, half-pleading.
But Chuuya stood.
His voice was silk.
“Guess we start over.”
OR
Dazai purposely fails a mission because Chuuya isn’t paying attention to him. Chuuya punishes him.

But still - Dazai trusts Chuuya. His trust in Chuuya is so fundamental to himself, so absolute, that it feels like it lives in the marrow of his bones.
Not that Chuuya marking him with his name is much of a threat. Chuuya has to know how desperately he'd always dreamed of his knife slicing through his skin, not their enemies, when they'd had combat missions together.
