    Or: Shane and Ilya have been friends for two years. Shane has also been in love with Ilya for two years. He's managed it decently, so far. Ilya showers at Shane's place and Shane loses all sense of how he's been able top manage being in love with Ilya this long. He freaks out about it to Rose.
