Summary
When Sanemi had attempted to convince Kyojuro to leave the demon behind, Kyojuro countered by telling Sanemi he could go to the safehouse if he wanted to, and Kyojuro would be more than happy to keep an eye on Akaza all by himself. In response to this, Sanemi, who both refused to leave his friends unguarded and would rather die than admit that they were friends to begin with, appeared to develop a sudden facial tic, and may or may not have howled like an animal at them when his words failed him. Grumbling neither subtly nor quietly, he began stomping in the general direction of their would-be lodgings, and away they went.

The lump of blankets wracks itself with another coughing fit, and unthinking of his fear, Akaza reaches out. (To what? Help? Soothe? Save? He is a demon. Such concepts are anathema. And yet, it's Kyojuro.
Akaza was reaching out to him before he knew his name.)

Or: Akaza seeks out Kyojuro only to find him sick. It is the first time he's seen him like this (yet, it's so familiar.)

Summary
Kyojurou opened his mouth to bark out something, anything really, but Akaza had already regrown his hand and was reaching up with lightning speed, cool hands grabbing the fluffy appendages sitting on the slayer’s head. The flame hashira gasped and his cheeks flooded with color, “Awwww!!! They are so fluffy!!” Akaza shouted hands fondling the ears with surprising gentleness, thumbs rubbing over the red tips, it both tickled and sent sparks of heat to Kyojurou’s belly, which had him ducking his head, trying to dodge the hands weakly, ears twitching and body shuddering at the nearly overwhelming feeling of the demon’s hands on the brand new body parts.

When Megumi asked him to save Yuuji, it was a request that Gojo had every intention of fulfilling. The more he got to know Yuuji, the more he understood as to why Megumi wanted the boy to live. Yuuji was kind, selfless, and had a smile that could light up the world.
Gojo never thought that Yuuji would need to return the favor.
But he was wrong.
Yuuji pushes him away from Sukuna, who had stolen Megumi’s body weeks ago. All the planning for Gojo and Sukuna’s fight is thrown to the side as Yuuji takes his sensei’s place.
A barrier surrounds a shocked Sukuna and solemn Yuuji, one that Gojo could not break.
Then a voice that sends chills down Gojo’s spine breaks the silence. A voice that belongs to someone with stitches across their forehead.
“Ryomen Sukuna. Gojo Satoru...There’s been a change of plans.”
