Summary

But upon making a powerful enemy from a neighborhood gang, the feared gang leader Whitebeards makes him an offer. Now Ace must balance the difficult road ahead of him while keeping his brother safe. Thankfully, he makes some good friends and Luffy who cheers him on all the way.

Luffy's eyebrows knotted together in concentration. He kept silent like this for almost a minute before his expression brightened up again. "Nope!"
Shanks gave the child a sappy smile and nodded sagely. "Of course, you wouldn't know what went through the head of those stinky barbarians." Privately he wondered if another smile like that would be enough to kill him.
Luffy laughed brightly. "You're weird."
Seems like he'd find out sooner than later.
