"No I am happy with us too." Shane took a deepbreath, feeling a bit frustrated because the conversation was not going the way he wanted. "I guess I am asking if you would like to go on a first date ?" He paused and needed to add some clarification "With me ?"
Ilya's face lighted up. His smile met his eyes. Every part of his face softened.
"Oh sweetheart" and because he was Ilya, he couldn't help but to tease his husband. "My brave Canadian boy is asking me on a date !"
"Shut up" Shane pushed Ilya's face the other way so he could stop looking at him.
"No no no. Is very sweet. I like it." Ilya kissed Shane's hand. His eyes met Shane's eyes "Of course I would go on a first date with you. When ?"
