"Hah, someone can't handle their liquor."
Alastor hums, pretends he didn't even process the remark. "I should take my leave." He repeats himself, slower, sways to the side, gives Valentino the opportunity to catch him.
"Oh no, I can't have you wandering off like this, what would people think! You're staying the night," Valentino says, so obnoxiously fake in his kindness Alastor wonders whether he's only capable of manipulation if the other person is under the influence or has been in Hell for less than a day. "It's no problem, really. Gonna send you off first thing in the morning, yeah?"
Sometimes, Alastor genuinely wonders why he's even bothering to entertain Valentino's whims.

Or, Valentino tries to drug Alastor so they can cuddle because Alastor wouldn't have agreed otherwise. Alastor, for obvious reasons, thinks this is going in a far different direction, but plays along to see if Valentino is really that stupid.Series
