Summary
While the Courier named Joe Norman may have won the Battle of Hoover Dam for the rights of the free Mojave, a traitor in their midst sends it all to chaos. In the aftermath, the Legion truly shows their might, as one of Joe's allies (a ex-bandit named Elsewhere) is captured as the Legate's own prize.
Of course, she's gotten this far with her army of snide remarks and quick thinking, but she's sure met her match with the overpowering Legate who seems to match her word to word (albeit more elegant) and with the violence of a rabid animal. Slowly but surely, she's losing her own hope of wiggling her way out of this mess made by the traitor.
