It was a ritual she liked to do every few centuries, a way of keeping in touch with her past, her emotions, and the frog that helped shape her into the woman she became. Though this time, she has brought two of her descendants with her, and she thinks they could use it.

Summary
Luzura the Good Beastkeeper, or otherwise known as Luz Noceda, is hunting a monster that has been ravaging the Isles for the last 9 years, One that brought the Covenheads to their knees, and supposedly, killed the Emperor himself, plunging the Isles into Chaos.
No one knows why she hunts the Monster, some say she does it to bring peace to the isles, while others claim she merely hunts it for glory and sport.
Few, however, know the true reason why she hunts this beast.
As she hunts for this beast, her journey will bring her across a wartorn Isles, into Contact and Conflict with Covenheads, and Uncover Hidden Secrets and Horrors.

Summary
They can't die, as they've all ruminated extensively over, but in that moment Ragatha looks as if she had seen a ghost. The ragdoll's legs feel like they're filled with wet sand instead of their usual mix of beads and cotton, but she wills herself to move regardless. She manages to get about an arm's length away from Pomni as the jester finally meets the hard ground plane. And oh, god, the human sounding crunch of nonexistent bone that resounded when she lands. Pomni makes a winded sound, more shocked than necessarily pained. The ragdoll landed in a heap just beside her, but she's quickly at Pomni's side.
Pomni groans as Ragatha slowly collects her from the ground, cradling the jester in her soft arms.
"What the f%$!# were you thinking?!" Ragatha's uncharacteristically harsh tone hurts her more than the fall.
"I wasn't..." Pomni moans. Oh, she's so f%$!#ing stupid. Ragatha's definitely not laughing now.

The circus crew go on what's supposed to be a nice, relaxing, and (most importantly) short, hiking adventure. Pomni manages to find a way to make it none of those things for Ragatha when she falls out of a tree.

Summary
Caine didn't have much of a chance in the circus. Abandoned by those he should've been able to rely on and left to his Imperfect devices, is it any surprise he came out as flawed as he did? Well, with some support, a change in environment, and others to guide him through and hold him accountable for his mistakes, could that change? Even if it does happen, then it will certainly be a long road. But who knows! Maybe he could even make some friends and save the world along the way.
