Seriously, it was all Bakugou's fault. If he hadn't pissed off the commission, then they wouldn't all be in some sort of Wasteland with no food, no water, and no quirks, completely helpless. Their class wouldn't be separated through time and space, and they wouldn't have to eat whatever the heck that just crawled into the fire. As corny as it sounds, they will have to work together to survive post-war West Virginia until after the commission forgives them. Until then, they are dealing with each other, the scorched, whatever radiation beasts are hiding in the hills, and someone who calls themselves Knight Errant, though they seem to know far more than they initially let on.

Summary
Been a fan of the Fallout franchise for as long as I can remember and Maximus is exactly the type of dynamic character that holds my interest. Though Lucy and The Ghoul are cherry-picked to be fan favorites, those of us who are cheering Maximus on know that he deserves some love too.
With that being said....Fem Reader is pretty much just thirsty for Maximus as they travel across the known (and unknown) territories of the Fallout universe.

Two childhood friends from one of West Virginia's Vaults, Vault 027 located in Pleasant Point are tasked to find the Vault's Overseer, after she leaves the Vault for an unnaturally extended period of time. Dennis Fletcher, son of the Overseer, is determined to find his mother; his best and closest friend Ted Maynard on the other hand, wishes to see what's left of the world out of morbid curiosity...and maybe find a girlfriend that's a wasteland badass.
They both don't know whats out there or what the dangers are, but they both share a sense of determined stupidity to save the Overseer and survive...even if a mutated Mothman tears them both to shreds.

The owner to the sound steps from the brush, having firearm raised right back to the downed man.
Bucky— doesn't know if it's the blood loss— or if the man was absolutely the most gorgeous thing he had ever seen. Holy shit.
He doesn't lower his gun.
But goddamn.
If he died here at least he could say he knew what love at first sight was.
