Summary
You work and live in a small town, out in the middle of nowhere. Monsters have been on the surface for awhile now but you have not meet any before. A pandemic is sweeping over the world and making people stupid and here you are pulling a late night shift when you get the surprise of being the first to greet monsters to your hometown.. and you put your foot in your mouth.

Viktor feels the numbness set into him when he lays eyes on one of his fellow skaters and feels that little spark. Call it inspiration, call it madness, he has to chase after it.
Update: As this hangs in my head, there is a strong big brother/father-son dynamic forming with Yura. in fact, I may do a little prequel to show that connection. I've also removed the canon compliant sorta tags. Because in this AU, you will see Yura becoming a permanent fixture in this little makeshift family. I haven't excited how I'm bringing him in. It's played out several ways.
