Rodimus snorted. “You’re stupid if you don’t. You’re good to me.”

The Lost Light quest where everything's the same except Rodimus's adamant denial of his desire for his co-captain keeps him from admitting a single thing and Megatron's raging guilt makes traversing the issue of their relationship a problem for everybody.

Summary
Tailgate doesn't live a very exciting life, he cleans for a museum and goes home trying to ignore that the fact that he has no friends. Except one night, he stumbles up a unconscious bot named Cyclonus who doesn't remember how he got in after hours, and only adding to the mystery is his boss(Galvatron) and his odd behavior towards his new friend(or maybe more but don't tell Cyclonus that). Oh, and also Starscream is missing. That too.
AKA Cygate except its based off of The Mummy(1932) -

Summary
Megatron has lost the war. In a last ditch effort to save himself he claims the right to join the lost light on its quest to find the Knights of Cybertron. Washed up and tired, he now has to deal with being on a ship where his Co-Captain and high command hate him and everyone else treats him like a living plague. What a sad final show for the universe's greatest War Lord. Will Megatron’s end be nothing more then the flaccid blowing out of a candle before he's brought back to Cybertron and put to death or is there still more to life before his final judgement?

Brainstorm and Quark were living happily in Iacon, working together at the research center, living together and being happy, but that happiness is shattered when Quark is diagnosed with an incurable spark disease. Brainstorm was not going to let his conjux just die like that, so after a long research on the subject and teaching himself medicine, he found the key to solving his problem.
A mech called Perceptor had once researched spark disease and written a lot of ways to treat it, in fact, all modern treatments were invented based on Perceptor's notes, but there's the problem - Peceptor had died a LONG time ago without finding a cure and that was it. Brainstorm needed a miracle to save Quark when he got a crazy idea - what if he traveled back in time and saved Perceptor so he could complete his research?

Brainstorm doesn't miss the opportunity to buy a fancy drink that comes with five different garnishes, and Tailgate will never pass up the opportunity to be Cyclonus' arm candy for the night. What should be, in theory, a motley crew, ends up getting along like a house on fire.
Which would be fantastic for Perceptor, who, even in the most likely places, still struggles to integrate— though Brainstorm is, decidedly, not helping. At all.
