Poe hadn’t meant to eavesdrop. He had been in the agency, yes, but just to give Ranpo his new manuscript. But Ranpo was out on a mission, and Kyouka had dragged him into the agency so she could play with Karl. He didn’t mind, and if he was honest, the agency had started to grow on him. He’d come a long way from that one party.
“Atsushi did what?” Kunikida sounded exasperated, “He can’t take on any missions right now. Even if you did heal him, he isn’t well enough to go on a solo mission at the moment.”
Well, maybe Poe didn’t have to stick around.
