It's 1993 and Marcus Flint thought he'd finally be out of Hogwarts for good but obviously not. Having to repeat a year is humiliating enough, now add extra tutoring lessons on top of that and you'll have the laughing stock of Hogwarts for the following generations.
Just as bad is the fact that he has to share a classroom with Oliver Wood and Percy Weasley from now... At least the redhead seems indifferent to him.

Summary
Percy Weasley just got kicked out of his home, and is now living on the streets of London, homeless. Isolated from his family which doesn't want to hear from him, and his friends, who fled the country months ago, he is alone and working as the Junior Assistant for Minister Cornelius Fudge, surrounded by corruption and Death Eaters.
Fudge is acting strange around him. He can't put his finger on it, though.
