Atsumu glances his phone again as he finishes his spicy tuna onigiri. The cake, shaped like half a volleyball, was badly decorated with blue and yellow icing in the way only overly-enthusiastic twelve-year-olds could, but it was delicious. In the picture, he and Osamu have an arm around each other’s shoulders, Atsumu smiling broadly at the camera, Osamu already distracted by the cake in front of him.“Let’s do it again.”
“What?”
Atsumu waves the phone at him. “Bake a volleyball cake. For our birthday.”
The Miya twins celebrate their 26th birthday together.
