Summary
“Thank you, baby,” Suho says before leaving, closing the door behind him.
Sieun’s eyes widen, and he stares at the door, completely frozen. He feels a horrifying flush creep up his neck as his mind plays the scene over and over again.
His heart skips a beat.
What did he just call me?
Suho randomly starts calling Sieun all sorts of endearments, which makes Sieun a flustered and confused mess. Surely, Suho, his best friend, calling him baby is normal, right?

Summary
Suho remained carelessly, caressing his fingers down to his chin, his gaze steadily falling on the boy’s lips, being bitten from inside.
How distracting. His brow twitched.
“Even a goldfish has the intelligence to understand that”, Sieun shot out, words stabbing through the soft breaths, hurting himself more than the boy standing in front, because even if he craved for his attention so bad that he was ready to sacrifice his reputation or whatever, he still knew this was not the Suho he loves or will ever love.
Or, Yeon Sieun made it back to where it all began, except the Suho he meets is not his Suho.

The words came out the same way they always did.

Natural.
Like something he never thought twice about saying.
Sieun froze.
Suho didn’t look away after.
Didn’t brush it off.
Didn’t smile it off like a joke.
Sieun's breath caught somewhere between his chest and his throat, like it couldn’t decide whether to come out or stay stuck.
His fingers loosened slightly around his sleeves, then stilled completely.
“…You always say that.”
He managed after a moment, his voice quieter than before.
Unsteady.But it didn’t sound like dismissal. If anything, it sounded like he was trying to convince himself.
Suho didn’t respond immediately, he just watched him.
“…I do.”
He said calmly, followed by a small pause.
“But you never take me seriously.”
In which Suho is the most straightforward person alive and Sieun doesn't know what to do with it.

Summary
Suho doesn’t survive the coma after Sieun wakes from his. Devastated, Sieun tries to take his own life. He wakes up a year ago, on the day of the mid-terms in Byuksan High—the day he’s supposed to be drugged by Beomseok. If it means never coming close to Suho to save him from his fate, Sieun will do it. He avoids violence at all cost this time, and he avoids Suho. The thing is, the harder Sieun pushes, the harder Suho pulls. Or perhaps, they were always meant to be drawn to each other, to a certain end.
