When Mira's name is chosen to be sent to the demon king as his bride, she knew it was a death sentence. Gwi-Ma was known to devour souls, and she knew he would devour hers.
But when she's taken to meet the demon king...
Mira looked up to see his face— "Oh!" For the second time tonight, Mira was startled to see a young woman's face. The demon king wasn't a king at all. She was a demon queen. Her eyes were a soft brown, though when she stepped into the light, they reflected with a golden hue. The tiger striped patterns were on her face and neck too. She wasn't human, that was for certain.
But she didn't seem dangerous either.

Rumi gets sent two brides she didn't ask for and she can't seem to get either of them to go home.

There was the sound of the door shutting. A few footsteps.
“She’s not here?” the voice asked.
Zoey dropped her voice lower, almost conspiratorial. “No. She went out—probably won’t be back for, like… fifteen, twenty minutes.”
A beat of silence. Then a quiet chuckle. “Good. Then I can steal you for a while.”
There was a nervous little hiccup of laughter from Zoey. “Wait—don’t get too close, I’m still live—”
“I’ll stay out of frame,” the voice promised, tone coaxing.
The sound of a hand brushing fabric, then a soft shuffle—the mic catching the rustle as Zoey was pulled slightly sideways. A faint smack of lips meeting. Quick. Too quick to be mistaken.
Chat slowed to a crawl.
[ewhfjdjw;]: ???????
[rumi4lifer]: wait…
[sealoverfour45]: SHE DIDNT MUTE THE MIC OMG
[wispawaymo]: that… that’s not Rumi’s voice???
[qeusopullsafree]: YO WTFFFF

Summary
So, fair warning! For this to make any sense to you, you need to read 'You Stayed' first.
You will be quite lost otherwise XD.
Here I put all the small moments that I had written already, but that did not make it into the main story. And some I only thought of after I finished 'You stayed so, they get a place here now.
As you can see, I stick to the concept of only using 500 words per chapter, because I already have like two works where I often cross the 10 000 words per chapter, and I wanted to have one fic where I restrain myself a little at least XD.
I am not sure how many chapters there will be. Right now, I have like five in my head, but we will see how this goes.
And I definitely will not update daily as I did with 'You Stayed', just so you know :).
