The one where all the Haikyuu!! boys have corporate jobs!
Genuinely my favourite Haikyuu!! fic ever, when I think of Haikyuu!! fics this is the first one that comes to my mind, this was formative for me. This is the reason why the concept of an “office au” makes me excited, now, no matter what the fandom.

“Iwa–chan.” Oikawa shuffled closer to Iwaizumi with an excited glint in his eyes. “Do you know about bitching?”
Iwaizumi’s anger was replaced by surprise, followed by mortification. A subtle blush appeared on his ears.
“Bitching…?” Iwaizumi muttered, unsure if he heard that right.

Oikawa desired to be an omega his whole life. When he presented as an alpha instead, his hopes were shattered and he felt like a stranger in his own body. After years of fighting his inner instincts, he was offered a solution to his problem. This was something he couldn’t start on his own however.
So what did Oikawa do? He asked his best friend for help, of course.

One thing about me is that I love IwaOi, and another thing about me is that I LOVE thinking about omegaverse trans issues, the concept of being trans-secondary-gender - so this fic truly speaks to me.

The one where Shane is dating a prick that subtly belittles him in a way that he can convince himself out of, but everyone else can see how awful this guy is!
I really loved this fic, it was so satisfying to break this pairing up and get Shane with someone who actually appreciates who he is - and more than that, the writing style just really spoke to me. An author after my own heart!
