The five times Zuko deals with the worst customers ever + the one time he refuses to be one.

guys, this is the longest fic I've read in a single setting so far! it's a silly little 5+1 about Zuko and customer service, but it's really good and as a service industry veteran, it really hit me the right way
content warning: part 4 involves a skeevy customer hitting on servers
