Since he was a child, Ryo had learned to observe when his father entered the room and read how he was feeling and what he should do. It was a way he had learned to be able to behave in the right way to help him.
Only when he saw his father smiling and understood that everything was okay with his father did Ryo relax his shoulders and approach his father, knowing full well what he had to do.
Even now, as he entered the room, Ryo glanced at his friends sitting on the couch and once again found himself observing them, reading how they were feeling and whether he should do something for them.
Only when they looked up and Ryo read that everything was okay did he relax his shoulders and join them for a rest on that hot summer day.
