Chapter Text
As soon as she opened the bathroom door to let the steam out, Trinity smelled it. Burnt eggs. She smiled as she grabbed the towel and walked out of the bathroom, towards the bedroom. She picked a shirt with a fitted neck so no amount of skin is shown. Wouldn't want to give her viewers something else to talk about. As she was putting it on, her left hand caught on the sleeve of the shirt.
The wedding ring had been there for almost three months already, yet she was still amazed every time she looked at it. It was nothing out of the ordinary, just a traditional gold wedding band that every married couple wore but every time she looked at it, she remembered the look on Yolanda's face while hearing her vows, and felt like crying again.
Once dressed and having made the bed, she left the bedroom and walked towards the kitchen. Bracing for what she was about to walk into, she entered the room, walked around the table, and hugged her from behind.
"Morning, dearest," Trinity kissed her on the back of her neck as she rocked side to side "do you want me to take over?"
I'm offended by the suggestion," she placed the eggs on two toasts with cheese and turned around to face her wife "I thought you said you would eat my cooking with pleasure as long as you got to be the one to drive"
While still hugging her, Trinity laughed at the attempted imitation of her. "How do you even remember that?"
"I was very much in love already"
Trinity blushed and gave her a chaste kiss before letting her go and grabbing the plates getting cold on the counter, and sat on the table. Yolanda sat in front of her.
"Once I end my shift, do you wanna go to dinner? Maybe some pancit?"
"Can't. I have that charity stream today, remember?" Trinity had already finished eating and was looking at the other's bowl "I will be busy until tomorrow morning."
"Oh, right. I forgot it was today. With everything with Ems grandfather it completely slipped my mind."
"Did you talk to Emery? Is she OK?"
"She will be, his death is not really a surprise."
"Still, it's nice of you to cover for her."
With the last bite of her toast she shrugged "It's the least I could do."
Trinity got up and started to do the dishes while Yolanda swept the floor. Once finished, she sneaked behind her and raked her hands over Trinity's sides, making her squirm.
"Hey" she whispered in her ear before she kissed her lobe.
"Hi"
Trinity quickly dried her hands on the cloth beside the sink and turned around to face her wife, placing her arms on her shoulders and bringing her in for a deep, slow kiss. Trinity drags her hands from the back of Yolanda's neck to palm her jaw before she licks her bottom lip and pushes her tongue inside Yolanda's mouth with a loud hum. After that, Yolanda pushed her whole body flushed against her lover's, and grabbed shamelessly her ass to press them as together as it would be possible.
Yolanda pulled away after a few seconds but stayed close with her eyes closed. "Want another one?" She breathed, almost gone to the moment. She spread kisses all over her face, thinking of taking Trinity there and then.
"God, you're insatiable, woman" she laughed into her mouth. And nothing would please her more than continuing this in their bedroom, but alas "I have to start stream, unfortunately. I'm already late."
Yolanda groaned in response and hugged Trinity, rocking back and forth. God, Trinity loved the smell of Yolanda, she thought of delaying her stream a bit more. However, Yolanda stepped back and kissed her a final time before looking her in the eyes, pointing "I'm reserving you for whenever you finish the stream, then. Be ready."
"It's a date." Trinity could feel the blush creeping up her neck at the thought of what waited for her. With a smile, Yolanda stepped out of the kitchen.
While Trinity finished washing the dishes, she heard her wife dressing and putting on her shoes.
"Bye, amor!" With that she closed the door before giving Trinity a chance to say goodbye.
At eleven thirty, Trinity was sat and already planing the stream with her viewers.
"So," she explained while looking at the chat "the poll said R6, Minecraft, and the sims. I think it's best to do it in that order, since my mental processing is only going to decline as the hours pass. What do you guys think?"
She waited a minute to see the chat agreeing with her. She opened the game and queued directly for a Ranked game.
no warmup queen¿
shiftcraz: oh shes getting destroyed
rickyrza: bro isn’t a grinder like her
o dear
vicky: warm ups r for nerds
whats ur main acc?
"Warm ups are indeed for nerds, ricky" she laughed "Real talent don't need no prep time. This is my main, bruce."
The first game was a disaster, as warm up games often are. The fault was on the map pick, not on Trinity, of course. The next game was queued quickly enough to not have time to read her chat's reaction.
Just as she picked her character for the first round, she caught a glance of Yolanda standing at the door, amused by her ranting. She got her headphones off and looked up at her.
"hey, you're back" she got up from her chair to grab her extended hand "I'm live already honey, careful"
"Come to me, then" she whispered, low enough to not be caught by the stream. She pulled lightly and Trinity came without any resistance, right to her lips.
guys¿
wait wahts happening
shiftcraz: who tf
cav the round is tarting
wait what
shiftcraz: who is that
After a short kiss Trinity glanced at the screen. Still loading in, of course.
"I'm playing a doctor you know?" She kissed her hand as she sat again on her chair "just can't get enough of you" she let her hand go and checked the screen. Prep phase wasn't that important for her character anyway.
Yolanda was thankful her skin made it harder for Trinity to notice the effect her words had on her. But Trinity knew. And Yolanda knew Trinity knew.
With a wide smile she replied "I was just coming to tell you I'm leaving for the shift. It technically ends at seven, so I'll be home by nine."
Trinity was used by now to the hours of working in medicine, but she would never understand the charting problem. How could it take two extra hours?
"Okay. Be careful on the road. I'll be here when you get back."
As a goodbye, Yolanda extended her hand and caressed the side of her face before leaving and closing the door. When Trinity finally looked back half the round had already passed and concentrated on playing. After winning and picking the next character, she finally looked at the chat.

"Jesus, okay." she scrolled back to see the rest of the comments and laughed a breath "so, you noticed the ring." The round started as she looked through the fast paced chat. "Let me finish the game and I will tell you a secret"
The game finished faster than the first one and Trinity held on before queueing for the next. As she thought of how to start, she felt her cheeks get warmer.
"I have been in a relationship for a bit more of two years now," she paused to breath and continued "and we got married three months ago"
shiftcraz: NO WAY
shiftcraz: WHAT

So ur vacation was a whole honeymoon¿¿¿¿

Trinity pondered the idea of showing a picture of Yolanda to her chat and worried about the privacy of her partner. She picked her phone and texted Yolanda.
you: can I show a picture of you to my chat?
The reply came within seconds.
mistress: go nuts.
"Okay. I'm going to show you guys a picture" she looked at the screen for emphasis "one time. Then I will answer five questions you have and that will be it. Ready?"
She picked one of her many favourite pictures of her. In this one, she had her hair down, and was looking at something outside the frame. Trinity had taken it during a stop on a bookstore during their third date. During that date, Trinity had found out that Yolanda was a fan of renaissance poetry after she had analysed her a poem by Andrew Marvell. Trinity still knew the poem by heart after two years.
She turned the phone, showing the picture directly to the camera and waited a few moments before putting the phone down and waiting for the delay to catch up.
"I'm blocking anyone who says something weird, just so you know"
