The curtain dances a little gentle jig as the breeze enters through a slightly opened window, the outside bathed and colored layers of navy, lavender, soft coral pink and tropical orange as the sunlight rises for a new day.The little rays of dawn’s light trickles inside awakening a familiar face with locks of ivory and grayish ebony tied in a loose half bun. A soft yet strong hand holds his soft cheek letting his thumb circulate on it.
Soft turquoise eyes fluttered slightly to see the warm smokey quartz ones belonging to man of his dream come true looking at him with same look of adoration that never wavered since they dated.
“Morning sweetie.” yawned Aiden.
Bom dia, Belo Adormecido. James greeted back.
Aiden giggles “How long are you going to keep looking at me like that?”
“Hopefully eternidade.”
“Man that’s a long time but I’m willing to stay that long I mean someone has to make sure you eat can’t have you in the kitchen now can we?
Oh amor why must you make this beautiful moment at my expense huh? James joked.
“Because.”
The two share a laugh.
“But seriously I don’t mind cooking for you forever I mean what would you do without me for all of eternity?” The former e-boy joked.
“Yeah, what would I do?” James just smiled in deep thought, before looking at Aiden with gentle resolve.
“Beautiful remember when we first met?”
Aiden yawned “Hard to forget the day I first met my boyfriend was on a nightmare show were a cute influencer with a bit of an ego asked me to record as he drove like a madman and I screamed in terror.” He sticks his tongue out playfully.
James just chuckled. “Yeah, our turbulent romance. But ever since you've been everything that I've ever wanted in life.”
Aiden smiles sleepily. “Aww hon it's too early to flirt with me. I said I’d cook for you forever and that includes today.” he says with a wink.
James looks at him with serious but tender intensity.
"I mean it amor, ever since we met you've... You've helped me become the best version of myself. You've kept me in check, kept me from being so self-centered and phone crazy. And ever since we made it official you have opened my eyes to the bigger picture making me see things and people outside myself and my family.”
Aiden gets concerned. “Heart what are you..”
James: And when All-stars happened and saw how you stood on your own two feet took charge of the heroes/lavender alliance, how you stand up for your friends, you kept growing into such a stronger person your compassion on display for those haters to see, your bravery and how victorious handsome and beautiful when you won I was so proud of you.
Aiden blushes. “I.. James I..”
“And what you did for Jake, Tom, Hunter and Ally while you still called them out, you still helped them and put them in line or called them out with the truth but still helped them by being honest and genuine. You curb the drama and showed care and friendship and I loved you even more after.”
“W-what brought this on?” the actors voice sounding small compared to overwhelming love and adoration of his boyfriend’s speech.
“And when you won and stood so glorious on the podium you were so radiant and confidence. You so generous to the girls and kept your promise using the money so selflessly, helping anyone including your enemies and knocking Yul down so many pegs.Then when you got your big break and began living your dream, when I saw you on stage, your name on th marque. Every second I felt more pride than ever coracao” The influencer continued as he held his beloved’s face.
“Babe-”
“And afterwards at Tom and Jake's wedding us dancing under the lights seeing Tom and Jake at the altar, seeing how after everything they went through, even after 2 years of no contact they were still in each other's hearts they were they only people they wanted to spend their lives together with.
Aiden's eyes began to water
“The I remembered every time you've been by my side every time a comment mentioned what I did in season 2, having a stressed day even when I blew up at you.”
"A-accidently” Aiden stammers out.
James: You went out of your way to make me feel better.
James: And when Dad had that surgery you paid for half of the bill, you sat by my side hugging me as a cried all night.
Aiden stammered but no sentences formed as James continued
James: When you said you'd be by my side for as long as you were around, I realized I want that to be permanent.
“Wha what?” the younger of the two sputters.
The former e-boy is cut off with a passion loved filled kiss making him go weak, trembling hands Timidly grip on James shoulders
James pulls away leaving a blushing fluttered eyed starstruck Aiden as they lay sideways on the bed.
“I was going to wait until we went to the beach, but I want to discuss it first and what we should do going forward.”
Tears threaten to spill from light seafoam eyes as a silver gleam sparkles in his eye from James's hand.
“Aiden Allen Brooks”... James begins as he holds something glimmering in the rising sunlight.
Then the glimmer turns into a flash of light
His last name echo's as the white light fades and we see Aiden's face goes from touched teary and awestruck to the present with wide eyes locked in a thousand-yard stare as he pokes a stick in the campfire. We then hear Gabby gently call his name and he snaps out of it.
The singer shakes his head.
“Wha-huh? What happened?” the dual haired man asked.
“You blacked out, you were remembering that day, weren’t you?
He just nods his head eyes not leaving the fire.
She sits next to him with a hand on his shoulder.
“What to talk about it?”
He nods him head looking at her with a smile.
We see them have an inaudible discussion as the camera pans away.
