Logan is able to survive anything – had already proven that to himself and everyone that doubted him or had the guts to try and disprove it. Doesn’t mean he’ll ever get used to the feeling of something that should kill you. In all the years, the one that stuck with him the most was drowning. It wasn’t particularly painful – not in comparison to all that he had come back from already. Still, there was something silently devastating of seeing the surface disappear above you, the darkness swallowing you whole and the burn of your lungs as they fill with water.
