He licked his lips as his eyes flickered toward the stranger who had just entered.
His lips, dry now, were touched again by his tongue.
God Damn — the guy was hot!!!
All the rules of etiquette flew as he almost tumbled toward his destination.
No hello—no hi.
No usual greeting, but a stare that could melt an iceberg.
His target stood solid as the Gibraltar rock and gazed back as if daring.
Challenging!
Breath heavy with words unsaid—but words implied.
Unafraid.
Living in the moment —for the moment.
No rules needed—just—just—.
Sounds broke up his reverie.
Loud and piercing.
There were those others.
Those who were now intruders in this new space.
Wait—?
Did he speak?
Did those lips move to form—?
A feeling of being touched, lightly held and moved —led away from the too loud.
Now, not a sound other than their breath that coalesces into one.
Too loud their moans.
Too loud the dispensing of clothes.
Too loud—until—it wasn’t.
