The Sage's Muse

Summary:

Sage of Truth being the ever curious cookie decides to take up painting! His muse? Well of course it's his beloved Recluse! Just Truthless Recluse didn't think he would have to be fully exposed for it and Sage’s annoying comments aren't helping his embarrassment.

Notes:

Hello Friends! This is a REALLY old story of mine so it's not very good... So I apologize but I wish to get this out of my docs. There's really just freaky Sage of Truth ( and not sexually naked Truthless Recluse). This is also really short so-

Work Text:

The Sage of Truth was absolutely delighted when his moody friend reluctantly agreed to be his muse! Of course, he had to make a few promises like bringing his (and secretly Truthless Recluse’s) favorite blueberry tea on his next visit and to not annoy the blind cookie for at least three days!

A shame it was not being able to see his friend but he was able to bargain the days. Since Truthless Recluse originally wanted to be left alone for seven whole days! Now wasn't that something! A little laugh left Sage's lips as he flicked his snake like tongue unconsciously.

Despite his running thoughts, his hand skillfully guided the paint brush across the canvas. He has always been good with multitasking. His heterochromic eyes focusing back to the delicious sight blessing them.

The Sage of Truth has planned to do this somewhere better for scenery but when Truthless Recluse agreed, he couldn't help but immediately take the other in a portal straight to his office. It took quite a while to get the hermit's clothes off, mumbles of praise and silent hunger from the Sage.

His friend sadly refused to take those frustrating dark panties off but the Sage of Truth admittedly had a good imagination. Despite the stacks of books and papers that needed to be graded plus hundreds of other things that he was currently researching, a few books were knocked to the floor to give Truthless Recluse a place on the couch.

The Sage valued his books usually but the opportunity at the moment was just greater. After he finished remembering how this all happened, he narrowed his eyes. His clawed finger fixing his monocle, “My dear, please I'm going to crumble if I have to remind you again. I need your legs open! I'm trying to be artistic here!” He scolded gently as he sighed dramatically.

He poked his head out from the canvas wanting Truthless Recluse to see him knowing that his friend's staff laid on the wall cautiously. The Sage hid his growing reaction to the sight of his friend by digging his claws into the side of his leg, those thighs shakily open while a frustrated grunt left Recluse's mouth of having to be robeless.

Those freckled hands were attempting to cover the small mounds of dough that the witches' sculptured onto the chest. An attempt that was quickly stopped with a demanding snap. “I swear I'm almost done, relax yourself my-” The Sage of Truth was interrupted by a small knock on his office door.

Truthless Recluse squeezed his legs shut fully, something that deeply annoyed Sage. Who was disturbing his important matters? He had finished most of his lectures and canceled at least one of them. He put his paint brush down before he stood up swiftly.

A hand smoothing down a small blue hair that was out of place. The Sage of Truth floated towards the door, he could sense Truthless Recluse trying to get up obviously not wanting to be seen. (“That won't do.”) He thought and with a swift wave of his hand, one of his spare cover ups covered his friend carefully.

It was satisfying the way he could see Truthless Recluse out of the corner of his eye, curl those delicate fingers into the fabric holding it closer. The Sage opened the door slightly with a forced smile showing off his barely hidden sharp teeth to the nervous assistant holding papers tightly to her chest.

She had orange hair braided to her back with an adorable carrot hair clip holding her bangs to the front. “Hello dear! I can just take those right now! Wouldn't want you to waste any time now!” The blue cookie didn't specify whose time she would be wasting.

The poor cookie didn't even get to say a word as the papers were taken from her and suddenly she was left standing there with a door shut inches from her face. The Sage of Truth waited for her footsteps to fade away before he turned back towards his muse with his arms spread as he dipped into a bow. “Let us continue, dear Recluse! I'm almost finished.”

He grinned at the other with excitement dancing in his eyes. The scholar kept his hands clasped in front of him gleefully almost bouncing on his feet If he was actually on them for he enjoyed floating. “Get this over with..” Truthless Recluse grumbled as he turned his face away while he hesitantly removed the cover up.

As much as Sage loved the other in his colors, he much more preferred to see him in nothing. By the witches he had to use his tongue to wet his mouth from how dry these thoughts were making it. He sat back down, starting his painting again. The cookie had to hold back from making the visit longer than needed.

----------

It unfortunately didn't take long to finish the painting. Truthless Recluse had immediately stood up dressing himself in those horrid robes again hiding it all from the scholar. The Sage wanted to invite him to stay for tea but his friend was already leaving, always running away. Perhaps they could have tea another time. He waved goodbye to the other knowing the promises he had to make.

The blue cookie turned back to the canvas feeling his face turn a darker blue. He traced a finger across the canvas feeling, wanting and yearning. With a small wave of his hand, the door was securely locked. The real thing was prettier but the painting could satisfy his appetite for a little bit, he supposed.

His clawed hand shamelessly slipped into the front of his pants as he admired his work. Oh the things Truthless Recluse made him feel, that cookie was practically a walking question mark. A question mark that he was going to devour one day.
