Chapter Text
Kim Seokjin was a nice, sweet and caring boy. He was pretty and everyone adored him.
Yes, that is how he was in general.
As long as you do not piss him off by calling him by some degrading name.
Unfortunately, his friends learned this the hard way.
Kim Taehyung learned this one day when he was strolling down the hallways in elementary school, cutting class per usual, until he saw an angel.
It was the most beautiful girl he had laid his eyes on.
She was standing next to her locker, her short, fluffy, dark ash blonde hair falling over her forehead, while she twiddled with the lock on the locker, which was obviously stuck, while pouting her pretty plump lips in annoyance, in her baby pink sweater and blue jeans and Taehyung was smitten.
He straightened up, put on his confident face, approaching the adorable angel, saying in his deep voice.
“ Hey sweetheart, want oppa to help you with that?”
The angel looked at him, her large round eyes widening and the next moment Taehyung could see the stars.
No, literally he could.
The not so sweet angel kicked him in the crotch, and Taehyung fell to the floor, dying of pain and he was sure that he would never ever be able to have children.
Turns out that his sweet little angel was actually a boy.
And he was 1 year older than Taehyung.
And he knew a lot of curse words at such a young age judging by the tantrum he was throwing at Taehyung while kicking him in the stomach.
Unfortunately, his best friend Hoseok experienced a similar fate when he saw Taehyung being beaten to a pulp and rushed over to help him, but stopped when he saw Taehyung getting beaten by a girl and he laughed his ass off, yelling.
“ Wow, TaeTae I CAN’T BELIEVE A GIRL IS KICKING YOUR ASS!”
Oh no.
The boy stopped kicking him.
Taehyung was pale when he saw the expression on the boy’s face.
Poor Hobi.
Taehyung closed his eyes, not wanting to witness the beating his friend was going to experience in a minute, but judging by Hoseok’s screams it might be even worse than Taehyung’s ruined reproduction system.
When he opened his eyes, he saw the boy sitting on Hoseok’s back, pulling his hair with Hoseok screaming and hitting the floor with his little fists while crying.
In the end the teachers had to separate the little satan from them, whose name was Kim Seokjin.
All 3 of them ended up in detention, with the demon child sitting as far away from them in the classroom while Taehyung and Hoseok were in the other corner, holding hands, praying for their lives while staring at the boy with now ruffled hair, beads of sweat from beating them up and baby pink sweater all crumpled.
When their detention ended Hoseok and Taehyung rushed out of the classroom and as they ran, Taehyung bumped into someone.
That someone was unfortunately the school’s bully, Jongsuk, who grabbed Taehyung’s collar and yelled.
“ Watch where you are going, you little insect!” before throwing him to the ground.
“ Oh God Tae, are you okay?!”
Hoseok ran to his friend and got scared when he saw Taehyung sobbing.
“ H-hey, w-what’s wrong, are you hurt buddy?”
Hoseok asked warily.
“ N-no, but today is my birthday a-and I thought I had met the love of my life, an angel who t-turns out to be a bully that beat me to a pulp, a-and yes I feel bad that I mistook him for a g-girl, but he didn’t need to kick me in m-my crotch and now this guy w-when he threw me to the g-ground, the b-day lunch that my m-mom made for me got ruined and she is out of town and won’t b-be back until Sunday and this is the worst b-birthday ever!!!”
Taehyung hiccupped and sobbed and Hoseok hugged him, feeling bad for the misfortunes that happened to his best friend.
The following day, Hoseok and Taehyung went to detention, with Taehyung still feeling depressed and gloomy about his ruined birthday yesterday.
However, when he entered the classroom, his mouth was agape and his eyes were wide as he stared at the food on his desk.
“ Woah!!!”
Hoseok exclaimed, rushing to Taehyung’s table, inspecting the food.
“ Oh wow, there is seaweed soup, cold noodles and rice cake!!! Wow TaeTae this is a real birthday feast!”
“ But, I don’t understand!”
Taehyung said in wonder when all of a sudden the door to the classroom opened and there he was.
Little satan wearing a baby blue sweater and jeans, approaching Taehyung without a word, who flinched, afraid that the satan would hit him again, left in shock when Seokjin took out a little pink birthday hat from his bag, and gently placed it on Taehyung’s head, shyly saying.
“ I am sorry about your b-day getting ruined, I kind of overreacted, but I just lose my cool when people mistake me as a girl. Anyways, I hope this might make up for it.”
Taehyung and Hoseok stared at the boy, who was now blushing, in awe.
Seokjin was obviously feeling awkward, because of the silence and he was about to say something when the two hyperactive idiots launched themselves on him, tightly squeezing him, wide grins on their faces, yelling at the same time:
“ ADORABLE HYUNG!!!!!!”
And cooing at Jin who tried to push them off, but once he showed his softie side these two were no longer feeling scared of him, seeing his true face, so Jin sighed, realizing how his life was going to be much noisier from now on.
And that is how Jin got two best friends for life, whether he wanted it or not.
Jin was also a model student and he excelled at everything.
Well, everything except sports.
He was a lousy athlete. His stamina was low and his coordination was awful.
Luckily he always managed to get out of P.E. by doing some extracurricular activity and his teachers always managed to secure him A’s because he was a straight A student.
Unfortunately for Jin, he ran out of luck, when they got a new P.E. teacher when he was in his last year of middle school.
Mr. Lee or Mr. Ruthless Bastard who enjoys torturing kids since he has no life, as Jin used to call him, made Jin do P.E. for the first time in his 15 years of peaceful life.
Jin made excuses, argued, and in the end pleaded, but the ruthless bastard remained indifferent about Jin’s suffering making him play basketball.
Is he insane?!
And on top of that they were supposed to play against a team from some other middle school?!
Oh great not only will Jin embarrass himself in front of pupils from his school, but also other pupils as well.
Public humiliation-well isn’t that just everybody’s dream, Jin thought bitterly.
They started warming up and somehow Jin managed to twist his ankle just by warming up.
He tried to use that as an excuse to not participate in the game, but the crusher of children’s hopes and dreams inspected his ankle and said it’s fine and told them to start the game.
He begged people not to pass him the ball and it was all going fine until one guy threw the ball towards him, what the fuck, was he deaf?!
Jin tried to catch the ball, but when he did, he shrieked and dropped it to the ground.
Taehyung ran to him worried.
“ Hyung, what’s wrong?”
“ EEEW IT’S SO DIRTY! I HAVE MUD ON MY FINGERS! WHO KNOW HOW MANY GERMS THERE ARE ON THAT BALL,I NEED TO WASH MY HANDS!”
he whined to one of his best friends who just looked at him sympathetically, aware of his friends slight mysophobia.
Most of the students from their school knew that Jin sounded ridiculous, but said nothing, very well aware of Jin’s real temper, so they decided not to piss him off.
However, the team from the other school had no idea about this and one student said, in a deep, mocking voice.
“ Wow, who knew there was a princess on this team~”
His teammates laughed and high-fived him, while Jin’s friends fell silent, dreading what is about to come.
Taehyung even shivered, stepping away from Jin, who looked as if he was emitting a dark aura around him and Taehyung was seriously scared.
Jin walked to the ball he had dropped without a word, taking it into his hands, his disgust of germs replaced by rage.
He turned around to face the guy who said that and he was met with a teasing stare of some brown-haired shrimp.
The shrimp tilted his head to the side, one eyebrow raised, as if saying.
“ Whatcha ya gonna do about it princess, huh?”
And Jin tightened his grip around the ball, focusing all his strength into throwing it where he wanted.
And he managed, judging by the various gasps.
The ball landed right on the shrimp’s face knocking him to the ground with his friends rushing over to help him up.
The shrimp pushed away all of his friends, his hand on his nose, which was bloody from the blow, glaring at Jin and yelling.
“ YA, YOU FUCKING BASTARD, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?!”
Jin tilted his head, faking confusion.
“ Fucking bastard? I thought I was the princess?”
And then he smiled and started walking away, before turning to the guy once more, saying with an evil grin.
“ Besides I only see one bloody bastard, hah, literally, wouldn’t you agree?”
And he continued to walk away, hearing the friends of the bloody shrimp trying to prevent him probably from rushing to try and murder Jin, and he heard the shrimp shouting.
“ YOU BETTER REMEMBER THE NAME MIN YOONGI, YOU FUCKING BASTARD, BECAUSE THAT IS THE NAME OF THE MAN THAT WILL BE THE END OF YOU!”
Jin just chuckled.
Seriously, what could a little shrimp do to him?
“ Ahhhh, finally, my first day as a college student!”
Jin thought while stretching in his new dorm room, that he luckily didn’t have to share with anyone.
Hoseok was just a few rooms away and Taehyung was one floor below them.
Even though they were both 1 year younger than Jin, somehow they managed to get into the same University as Jin, by passing the exam, saying how they didn’t want to be separated from their favourite hyung and how they were THE FANTASTIC TRIO, although Jin refused to be associated with such a lame name.
He finally got into the college of his dreams, he loved all his classes, and he couldn’t wait to meet new people.
There was just one obstacle.
He had to take P.E. as well, without it he wouldn’t be able to be an actor and he thought it was a small sacrifice for the realization of his dreams.
Besides, he will just charm the P.E. professor with his divine looks and sweet personality and he should pass that in no time.
He got up and chose a pair of light skinny jeans and a simple light pink T-Shirt, one of his favourites and went to the lectures with a smile on his face.
His last class for the day was P.E.
Luckily, today was just the introduction so he didn’t have to change his clothes.
The guys had P.E. separately from the girls and currently they were at the basketball court.
A guy with a pleasant, friendly face in his thirties came in his sportswear and greeted them.
“ Hello, boys, I am Mr. Kim and I will be your P.E. professor. I will be responsible for your soccer practices and theoretical knowledge. Do not worry, I know all of you are not athletic so I won’t push you too hard.”
Jin felt relieved and smiled.
His prayers had been answered, now there is nothing stopping him from passing this exam with ease.
Mr. Kim seems pretty considerate.
“ However, 2 times a week you will have basketball practice with my associate. He is also a freshman like all of you, but he has been a basketball prodigy ever since he was a child and he will be giving you grades and practicing with you. Without further ado, I present to you the one and only Min Yoongi.”
Min Yoongi.
Wait, why did that sound familiar?
Jin wondered, trying to remember where he heard that name before.
Suddenly, an extremely handsome, blonde-haired guy in black sweatpants and white T-Shirt with an overstretched collar showing his pale skin and his sharp collarbones, took his place next to Mr. Kim, scanning everyone with his small eyes, not saying a word and wait a second, his eyes stopped on him?!
Is he glaring at me? Jin wondered.
He looked around confused, but the guy was definitely looking at him, and maybe he just had a resting-bitch face and Jin had imagined everything.
The guy’s voice was deep and husky, and a bit familiar.
“ Yo, I am Min Yoongi and I will be in charge of your basketball classes. I will help you in any way I can, but do not expect me to go easy on you, which means I don’t want to hear some lame excuses why you cannot do something. That goes for everyone, no matter how good your grades from other classes are. There is no favouritism here.”
Okay, why was the attractive blondie glaring at him while saying that, as if he was saying that to Jin?
“Okay, now everyone follow me to the soccer court.”
Mr. Kim said and everyone started following him.
Jin was the last, because he had to tie his shoe and when he kneeled down to tie his shoelace a shadow fell on him.
What he heard next, made his whole body stiffen.
“ Long time no see, princess~”
Princess?
Only one person ever called him that and n-no it can’t be…
Jin looked up, horrified, his face losing all of its colour when he was met with Min Yoongi’s smirk and narrow, evil eyes looking at him from above.
Well, FUCK!
