I don't remember much of back then. Ever since I accidentally hit my head on a piano when I was little, I started forgetting things easily.
But there was a day where I remembered it. It's deeply engraved in my heart, I don't remember what happened but all I knew is that it caused me immense pain and regret.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry -- I-I'm-"
"Guys lets just take a break alright?.." the kid with ombre brown-blackish hair said softly.
"It's clear we need to rest right now... Look at your hands.." the kid with the brown-blondish hair replied looking at my scarred hands filled with blisters.
The kid with black hair and magenta pinkish eyes lock into mine.
"I-I.."
I never really recalled what really happened back then and I don't really know if my parents knew or not. I thought it wasn't as important as I thought, but...

Another day with my lovely cousin Ichikaa!!~
Hokari hummed while walking down the paved road leading to her cousins house.
Lately Ichika looks down and gloomy, I wonder if she's alright.. It must've been lonely for her to not being able to talk to her old friends.. Maybe I should text her to cheer her up.
Thinking so, as she paces herself slowly showing the visible worry on her face. She pulls out her phone that has a little star charm and opens the messaging app.
She wasn't sure if her cousin was awake or not, but that wasn't going to stop her from cheering her beloved cousin up!

She's probably still sleeping, I wonder if she's alright... Maybe if I suprise her with a dozen yakisoba buns she'll be happy!
Hokari thought while putting her phone back in her book bag, when suddenly her phone vibrated.

Ichishi> Please don't eat my yakisoba buns Kari if you do I'm taking your violin.
Karishi< WHAT!!!! ICHISHI IS BEING BOLD FOR ONCE!!! OH NO!Σ(･o･;)
Ichishi> I'm getting you back later. I won't forget this Kariiiiii!! (•ˋ _ ˊ•)

She chuckles looking at her text messages with Ichika, as she continues walking down the paved road nearing the house of her beloved cousin.
Having arrived to Ichika's front door Hokari rang the doorbell and was greeted by her uncle, her mother's brother. She was let in the house and Ichika finally went downstairs to the living room.
"Hi Ichishii!! How was your sleep?" Hokari asked looking at Ichika grabbing her lunchbox and a piece of pancake.
Ichika stared at her cousin as if she was asking for help, Hokari then held Ichika's bookbag and lunchbag as Ichika eats a piece of pancake. After Ichika finished eating they went out ready to head out to school.
As Hokari and Ichika walked along the paved road, heading to their school, they caught two European teenagers at the other side of the road running as fast as they could.
"Isn't that Noah and Leo?" Ichika asked the girl beside her, visibly confused on why they were running as if their life depends on it.
Hokari sighed "It's either they're getting chased by an angry dog or they're seeing who can go to school first. There is no inbetween." replying with a monotone voice, you'd think she'd get used to seeing the two's daily antics when she grew up with them but no, instead she wonders why they bother doing it in the first place if they just go to school all sweaty and out of breath.
Reaching the school the two cousins went to their classroom, class 1-C.
Both were glad to be classmates at their first year of highschool as they like sharing lunches, especially since it would mean Ichika gets to try dishes from the UK, it's where Hokari's father was from and he always sent random snacks that not even Hokari and her bottomless appetite could finish it all!
"I'm planning to buy yakisoba buns for lunch today so I'm not going to be able to join you at lunch. Is that alright?" Ichika asked her cousin who just put her bag down.
"Oh! Alright then, but promise me you'll leave me some!" Hokari said patting Ichika's hair, she always does this since she loves her cousin very much and it helped that she was taller than her cousin.
Ichika fixed her hair and went for her seat and Hokari went ahead and waited till homeroom started.
It was nearing lunch period, and Hokari could notice something weird when she was looking at her cousin.
Even though their seats were far away from each other, Hokari could see Ichika mumble about Honami which just made Hokari worry more but she doesn't want to invade her cousins privacy, to decide she decided to confide to her best friend about it.
At lunch Hokari ate half her food and saved the rest for Ichika and the train ride home. After eating she then faced Milly who was just beside her seat.
"Milly can we talk for a bit?" Hokari asked the girl beside her who was busy unpacking her European lunch.
"Sure! What do you want to talk about?" Milly said facing towards the girl beside her.
Hokari had known Milly since they were kids due to their parents being friends and partners as classical musicians, ever since then they became close friends they could trust the other with their deepest secret.
"It's about Ichishi.." Hokari said looking at her cousins seat, knowing she went and bought yakisoba buns for lunch.
"She's been looking gloomy and sad... I know she's been thinking about them.."
"Everytime I ask she said she's alright but I could see through her y'know? I want to help her but I don't know what to do.. Got any suggestions Milly?" Hokari asked seeing Milly eating her lunch while listening to her rambling.
"I'd say give her some time she's probably thinking if they could still be friends." Milly suggested watching her best friends shoulder fall.
"I know I should give her some time but.. I really want to help her..." Hokari faceplants on her desk confused and helpless.
"Maybe instead of wanting to fix the problem altogether, perhaps you should listen to her." Milly said while eating the last croissant in her lunchbox.
Hokari sighs and turns her head over to face Milly while still being faceplanted on her desk "I just hope she's alright.. And thanks Milly I might try it.."
After school Hokari and Ichika went to scramble crossing to go home, while they were walking Hokari's phone was vibrating.
"Oh! Wait a second Ichishi. Mother is calling me." Hokari said pulling out her phone and going to the nearest wall.
I wonder why Karishi calls auntie mother, it's weird but then again its Kari.. Ichika's train of thought was stopped when her cousin walked up to her defeated.
"What happened?" Ichika asked looking at her defeated cousin.
"I need to buy something for mother so I won't be able to go home with you today.." Hokari says as she looks at the ground.
"It's alright we can go home together tomorrow." Ichika pats her cousins back to comfort her.
Hokari and Ichika seperated ways as Hokari had an errand to run for her mother and she decided to stop by the music shop, before Ichika went into the mass of crowds she saw Shiho and Hokari noticed as well so she went ahead to not disturb them. But Hokari looked back and saw Ichika feeling dejected, looking at her cousins dejected face she hoped she'll be alright.
Hokari was walking after completing her mothers errand still worried about her cousin, until she passed by the music store.
Ichishi said theres a new Miku CD, maybe I'll check it out.
Hokari went in the music store to listen to the new Miku CD so she went straight to the the Vocaloid section of the store.
She began browsing when she noticed the new Miku song at the shelf and picked it up. It was Miku singing classical music, she immediately wanted to listen to it since its rare for her to see Miku and her favorite music combined, so she did
Listening to Miku sing classical music lit a spark in her. She reminisced, of what she could remember anyway, of the time she and her friends practiced with hopes to become a professional classical musician like their parents. She can't recall why they stopped practicing classical music together since they had fun.
As she went to the counter to buy the CD she listened to, she wondered what happened that day. The day she could never really recall.
Why were they no longer playing classical music instruments together? That's when it hit her, she had an idea. An idea that would bring suprising challenges and she was ready to face that. Her idea? Start an orchestra with her 4 dearest childhood friends of course. This won't go too badly right?
