Joel and Lizzie’s place, a small three-story (Main level, upper level, and basement) house hidden in the woods. Joel, Lizzie, Martyn, Scott, and Jimmy all live together. Jimmy and Scott just broke up and Martyn’s spouses (Netty and Mumbo) don’t live with them. They also have with Meri, Norman and Flick.

• Hyrbid Hunters
- Hybrid hunters, also labeled as “Scouters”
- Hunt down and capture hybrids either for sport or profit
- Different hyrbid types get different treatments depending on how rare they are or how hard they are to capture.
- ^ eg. avians would be “worth” more than say a fish hybrid because they’re more agile and hard to catch, but a kitsune would be more than an avian because of how rare they are (in the AU)
