It was the time of their team's monthly meeting, but this time it's the 2nd for the month.
Alexis walked through the meeting room expecting to see Michael, his eyes searched through the crowd of his teammates and sighed when he did not saw Michael.
Alexis sat at the vacant seat, when their coach who also plays in their team spoke.
"Are everyone here? So we can start the purpose of our meeting."
Suddenly Michael Kaiser slammed the door open which no one turned their heads where the door was awfully will be ruined anytime soon, Michael on the other hand does not give a fuck and sat besides Alexis.
"Great everyone's here." Noa glanced at Kaiser who just arrived with his usual act.
Noa clicked the remote and suddenly a virtual "Asian?" Everyone believed appeared.
"This is Ego Jinpachi, he is the Director that overseer the of project Blue Lock." Noa spoke, introducing the man in front of them.
"Ego has an offer he wants to discuss, we can vote on a decision afterward." Noa then turned to watch Ego. "Go ahead, Jinpachi."
"I have a proposal. Blue Lock’s Neo Egoist League will reshape the future of football, and I want Bastard München to be part of it." Ego Jinpachi is known by the BlueLock players to be direct and doesn't start with flower words, and Noa knows that characteristic as well.
"You make bold claims, Ego. Why would we involve ourselves with a Japanese experimental program?" Noa spoke, his voice calm but the way it sounds differ. Everyone was buzzing talking to themselves because what really is the point in joining a mere program?
"Why not?" Michael spoke silencing everyone. "Well someone's interesting from that project of yours Ego." He continued, Michael's eyes were glued to his phone, and a video played of how this japanese man Isagi Yoichi played.
"This is the first Michael was interested."
"Well maybe playing in that project will be somehow worth it?"
Noa observed their reactions seemingly aggreing to Ego's offer. "Then does everyone agrees to BlueLock proposal?"
"Fine by me" Michael was the first to agree followed by everyone.
Ego smiled as everyone accepted the deal. "Pleasure doing business with Bastard Munchen, my assistant will be sending the rest of the details regarding the Neo Egoist League." After he spoke the screen went black.
"That concludes this meeting, meeting adjourned." Noa tidied the technologies used in their meeting as the players starts to left the room.
And Alexis should have noticed that nothing should have interest Michael from the start.

Alexis was standing behind the door that leads to the indoor field.
Michael strode his long legs towards the now opened door picking a ball.
Michael was preparing to kick the ball, trying to taunt Yoichi.
Alexis noticed that the Japanese boy kicked the ball from after the obstacles when Michael's hit the other.
'As expected of Michael!' Stars were forming from Alexis eyes, witnessing the always majestic performance of his emperor.
Yoichi froze when a ball out of nowhere ruined the goal of his, he turned his head to the man who kicked the other ball but he couldn't understand on what he was speaking.
Alexis smiled when he notice the idiots standing clueless. 'they should be executed for being rude to the emperor.'
"That won't do Michael, they have to wear this." Alexis softly smiled, extending his arms holding a box.
He grabbed a few pairs handing it to the blue lock guys, he kept talking so once the new comers used the micro interpreters he introduced himself.
"Pardon us for introducing late, my name is Ness." He smiled at them.
His other teammates reprimanded him not to be buddy-buddy with the time wasting people, which he just smiled off.
Then out of nowhere Michael grabbed Yoichi's chin.
Alexis froze from Michael's actions, because it was out of character, because Michael never acted those to him.
"I came here to meet you Blue Lock's ace, Isagi Yoichi." Michael grinned, Yoichi slapped the hand which made Alexis pissed.
Alexis should have known that back at the club Michael was curious, now at Japan Michael was in denial that he fell in love at first sight.

As the bastards kept on having practice matches, rivalry started to form thickly between Michael and Isagi.
Alexis noticed it and it made him anxious.
"What makes you so fixated on him when he keeps on disobeying you Michael!"
"That's Kaiser to you Ness." Alexis froze.
"What?"
"Get out you're annoying me."
Alexis eyes widened, Michael never reprimanded him how he calls him, never told him he was annoying. But Alexis blinded by anger he tested the boiling water.
"Aren't you and Isagi rivals?! He keeps on slowing you down! Don't you hate him?!"
Michael slammed his hands down. "Shut it Ness."
"Have you fallen in love with him then?"
Michael did not respond and it just confirmed his question to be true
"Then what about me?" Alexis voice soft.
The room went silent but Michael's words hurted that he thought.
"There was never about you Ness."
